Chaya’s background and experience as a clinical Dietitian, and Zone Nutrition consultant, offer modern science’s discovery of what Ayurveda has known for thousands of years.

Ayurveda, the ancient science of life from India, has an individualistic approach. Based upon your Ayurvedic constitution, current imbalances, lifefstyle, stage of life and condition, one can use food, daily routine, and the "tools" of Yoga and Ayurveda to balance body, mind and spirit.

Ayurveda and Conscious Eating; through a deepening awareness of yourself, food, eating patterns and environment you will become your own best diet guru to determine what's right for you. Discover the prana; life force, energy and intelligence within your eating experiences.

Ayurveda and being in the Zone is an experience of mind and body working together. It is a state of balanced hormonal responses that occurs every time you eat. When in The Zone the mind is relaxed, yet alert and exquisitely focused. The body is fluid, strong and apparently tiredless. It is a metabolic state reachable through food, exercise, and stress management that anyone can choose to maintain throughout life.
